Q. What is your guarantee on permanent replacements ?
A. This agency offers a credit to its clients based upon an established formula. Credits may be used towards payment of temporary and/or permanent placement fees. Call for additional information.
Q. What services are provided by this agency ?
A. We provide temporary, permanent and temporary to permanent placements in Dade and Broward Counties.
Q. Is there a minimum number of weeks required for temporary to permanent placement ?
A. No. This agency views "temporary to permanent placement" as the best of both worlds for both candidates and employers. Employers are able to try out a potential employee to determine whether the candidate works well within their particular environment - without incurring any employer liability. Potential employees are able to experience the firm and a particular position to assist them in making an informed decision about the suitability of the job duties, firm attributes, location and environment.
