McCoy Elite Personnel is a placement service specializing in legal personnel, for both temporary and permanent positions.
We have been actively working in the legal community in Dade County, Florida since 1973 and believe this experience is invaluable in assisting legal firms with their personnel needs. As President of McCoy Elite I have previously been a legal secretary\paralegal\office manager and former member of the Association of Legal Administrators, I have experience in dealing with the unique qualities and problems of of law firms. We stress quality and always do our best to find the perfect person for the job. We take special care in trying to match as closely as possible the needs of the law firm with the qualities and qualifications of the employee, whether for temporary assignments or permanent placement.
We recruit and fill all positions within a law firm. We have placed attorneys, legal administrators, paralegals, legal secretaries, word processors, receptionists, bookkeepers and other clerical positions. Legal personnel are available on a permanent and temporary basis. Temporary personnel can be an invaluable tool during peak times, vacations, recruiting periods, etc. Wise use of temporary personnel can save your company money and avoid layoffs during slow periods.
